Pomoč in pogosta vprašanja

Where are my designs saved?

Only on your phone, in the app's storage. They save automatically after every change and stay after you close the app or restart the phone.

Do I need an account?

No. The app has no accounts or sign-in.

What does OlingoPrint Pro add?

PDF and PNG export without the watermark. Everything else — templates, editing, print-ready export — works in the free version too.

How do I cancel the subscription?

In Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OlingoPrint → Cancel. Or in the app: the “i” icon (About) → Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

I bought Pro but the app does not see it

Make sure Google Play is signed in to the same account you paid with and that you are online. Then: About → Restore purchases. Cash or bank-transfer payments can take a few days to be confirmed.

What happens to my designs if I uninstall the app?

They are deleted with the app, unless Android restores them from your Google account backup. Save important designs as a file first: in the editor, “Export project (.zip)”.

How do I prepare a file for the print shop?

Export → PDF → “Offset print shop” or “Digital print”. The file has bleed, and for offset printing also crop marks. Check a test print before ordering.
